Started by Ben Blonder in 2009, Kapital Real Estate LLC is located in beautiful downtown Fort Collins, Colorado and is a full service real estate brokerage. Our agents specialize in foreclosures, short sales, and investment property and work as well with traditional buyers and sellers.
Our coverage area is northeast Colorado…Denver to the Wyoming border, east to the Nebraska/Kansas state lines, and west into the mountains ending around Red Feather Lakes and Estes Park. We sell mountain property, new construction, resale homes, kiddie condos for the college kids out there, rental property, and more. We are also in the process of adding a property management division to the company.
